ICRAVE was tasked by Miami nightlife king David Grutman to create three restaurant concepts that would live inside a historic Miami Firestone auto body garage. The three desired typologies were diner, bakery, and sushi restaurant. I was tasked with creating the interior design concept and identity for the sushi restaurant.
Concepting Sushi Fly Chicken was a dream project. I immediately knew that I wanted to draw upon my love of cyberpunk to create a seedy, dystopian sushi speakeasy. I communicated my concept to the interior design and 3D render team through mood imagery and detailed collages.
